Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license per policy requirements.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required and subject to drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel per procedures and policies.
• Conduct patrols of station areas, platforms, parking areas, access points, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist with entry procedures per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and alarms; document observations for leadership and responders.
• Prepare accurate activity and incident reports and communicate information to site leadership.
