Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check per federal/state/local laws; drug screen required.
• Licensing may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and policy.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail floor, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity and hazards to site leadership or authorities.
• Assist with access control, alarm response, and incident documentation.
