Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver) in Pattison, TX. You will drive to perform routine patrols, maintain a visible security presence, and deliver exceptional customer service while following site policies.

A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required. Shift hours include a variety of daytime and overnight blocks at an automotive location.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing and operations location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout manufacturing areas, parking facilities, office spaces, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site policies.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, patrol observations, and unusual activities, communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
