Responsibilities include monitoring access, patrolling on foot, enforcing rules, reporting incidents, and maintaining safety across shifts. A valid Texas PSB Level II license is required, with reliable judgment and strong customer-facing demeanor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure designated areas to prevent unauthorized access or trespassing.
• Enforce site rules and regulations for staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Patrol the property on foot to maintain safety, visibility, and compliance.
• Provide a professional and courteous presence while interacting with guests and employees.
• Observe and report irregularities, incidents, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Verify that property equipment and systems are functioning properly and report maintenance needs as necessary.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports documenting daily activities, observations, and incidents.
• Follow all TriCorps and client procedures to maintain consistent, high-quality service.
