Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Unarmed Hospital Patrol Response in Garfield Heights, OH. You will protect patients, visitors, and staff, perform routine patrols, and maintain a welcoming environment within healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and site policy.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly and per site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to identify and report hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and questions professionally.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate with leadership and site personnel.
