Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable customer service or protective services history preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of hospital grounds on foot or by vehicle.
• Assist hospital staff with de-escalation of situations involving patients.
• Transport patients to the morgue when needed.
• Escort patients from helicopter pad to the emergency room when required.
• Assist with evacuations during fires or emergencies.
• Sound alarms and summon authorities as needed.
• Monitor entrances/exits to prevent unauthorized access.
• Document incidents and prepare reports with detailed observations.
• Maintain logs of activity and observations.
• Ensure safety and security of personnel and property.
