Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an unarmed Security Officer for a hospital location in Seneca, SC. This full-time role involves patrolling facilities, maintaining access control, and delivering professional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and a focus on safety and incident response. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Able to use a computer or tablet; CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience and access-control or badge experience are preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities and parking areas.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and directing people to proper locations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations to leadership.
