Responsibilities include access control, policy enforcement, safety monitoring, patrols, incident reporting, and clear communication with clients and management. Must hold a valid Security Guard License and be 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Security Guard License
• 18 years or older
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors in varying temperatures
• Capable of standing, walking, and lifting as required
• Strong observation, reporting and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Access Control: Ensure safety protocols for guests and customers.
• Policy Enforcement: Uphold client and company policies and procedures.
• Safety Monitoring: Observe and report fire and safety hazards.
• Patrols: Conduct routine foot patrols around buildings and grounds.
• Incident Reporting: Communicate pertinent issues to the operations manager, clients, and other department managers.
• Public Interaction: Engage with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the public.
• Report Writing: Document incidents and observations accurately.
• Additional Duties: Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.
