Job summary

Sunstates Security is hiring an experienced Full-Time Site Supervisor for a client site in Kelso, WA, offering $26.02/hr paid weekly. You will oversee daily site operations, provide customer service, manage personnel, and ensure security and safety in line with Sunstates objectives.

Requirements include state security licenses, 2+ years of experience, report writing skills, and proficiency with MS Office; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid WA state security license.
• Valid Oregon security license (temporary substitute).
• Minimum two years security officer experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience with two-way radio communications.
• Able to clearly communicate in writing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain composure and develop practical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Prepare written reports on a timely basis (DARs, Incident Reports).
• Operate phones, radios, and computer systems including MAC IOS, MS Office 365, and Google Suites.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm panels for emergencies and issues.
• Follow site post orders and SOPs; adhere to employee handbook guidelines.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of office and industrial areas.

Sunstates Security is hiring an experienced Full-Time and Part Time Site Supervisor at a client site in Kelso, WA . This position offers a pay rate of $26.02/hr, paid weekly.

Security Supervisors are responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site including operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety in accordance with Sunstates objectives.

Job Requirements

Work Experience

• - Valid WA state security license
• - Valid Oregon security license (temporary substitute for WA license)
• - Minimum two years security officer experience.
• - CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• - Experience with two-way radio communications.
• - Able to regularly position at a standing post and perform foot patrols for extended periods of time and distance.
• - Successfully complete Sunstates background check which includes a 10 Panel Drug Screen and the clients more extensive background check.
• - Can clearl y and concisely understand and communicate information and ideas in written form.
• - Exceptional report writing skills and the ability to observe and report incidents accurately.
• - Experienced with Microsoft office applications experience.
• - Must have experience with Microsoft Suite applications.

Responsibilities:

• - Provide exceptional customer service by upholding our standards in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• - Natural composure and an infectious attitude towards arising issues with the ability to adapt quickly and develop practical solutions with minimal supervision.
• - Prepare all required written reports in an ongoing and timely manner, including but not limited to: Daily Activity Reports (DAR’s) and Incident Reports.
• - Operating phones, radios, and computer systems and applications such as MAC IOS, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Suites.
• - Monitoring Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and alarm panels for emergencies and potential issues.
• - Following site specific post orders, pass down messages, and being in compliance with employee handbook guidelines at all times.
• - Conduct interior and exterior patrols within an office, and industrial complex.

A Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Site Supervisor must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
