Cascadia Global Security is hiring for an Unarmed Security Officer in Charleston, SC. This part-time/flex role requires a valid driver's license, DMV background check, and a TWIC.

Shifts include day and night hours with daily pay, and the job offers growth and advancement across US locations. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle stress in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background check and DMV background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform access control and monitor client facilities.
• Patrol assigned areas on foot and report safety conditions.
• Deter theft and vandalism while maintaining a professional environment.
• Ensure daily administrative documentation is concise and complete.
• Maintain uniform and grooming standards while in uniform.

  • 0000-0800
• $19per hour
• Daily pay; get paid as soon as the NEXT DAY!
  This position requires the use of a company vehicle; all applicants must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to pass a DMV background check. This position also requires a TWIC.

Security Officer Responsibilities:

• Access Control
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, its associates, or public safety
• Patrols assigned on foot to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activities at client facilities
• Theft and vandalism deterrence
• Ensure the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environment
• Ensure that daily administrative documentation is always kept concise and complete
• Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained while in uniform
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications and skills:

• Minimum 21years of age
• Basic computer skills and report-writing experience
• Available to work shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to handle stressful situations and emergencies

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary: $19per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Security: 1 year (Preferred)
• Military or LEO experience is always preferred as well

License/ Certification:
