Prosegur Security is looking for an Unarmed Flex Officer in the Twin City Metro area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. The Security Professional is expected to have strong observational skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to various security situations. Prosegur is one of the largest security providers in the world. We are looking for Security professionals that want to grow and develop professionally in our organization.

Shift Detail and Location

We are hiring for multiple sites around the Twin Cities

Hours will vary from location, Only 1st and 2nd Shift available

Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.

Physical Requirements:This position requires significant physical activity throughout the shift. Officers must be able to: Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1–2 miles per shift)Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routesWork indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsMaintain alertness and situational awareness during all patrolsOccasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsThese physical requirements are essential to performing the job successfully.
