• Observe for suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Protect event property, equipment and client assets.
• Monitor access points and direct attendees, vendors and staff as needed.
• Support crowd management with professional demeanor and policy adherence.
• Respond to disturbances and coordinate with supervisors or responders.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Provide courteous guest assistance and directions within the venue.
