Qualifications

Unarmed security role requires customer service experience.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Guard card or license preferred.
Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients at a data center location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of data center buildings, exterior areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel as needed.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
