Impact Advisors, LLC, a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm, is seeking an UR/UM Lead to oversee the utilization management program for a healthcare client. You will supervise concurrent and retrospective reviews, ensure criteria-based decisions, and align with payer and regulatory requirements.
You will partner with clinical, revenue cycle, and physician leadership to improve throughput, reduce denials, and optimize length of stay.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field; 7+ years in healthcare operations or utilization management.
- Experience leading operational teams or consulting engagements.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of payer and regulatory requirements.
Responsabilidades
- Lead operational assessments of UM programs and care coordination to improve performance.
- Direct daily UM operations including work distribution and escalation.
- Collaborate with revenue cycle, clinical operations, and leadership to reduce denials and improve reimbursement.
- Develop dashboards to monitor throughput and capacity performance.
- Drive Lean/Six Sigma-based process improvements.
- Present findings to client leadership and translate data into action.
