Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced UltraTax CS Specialist to support a remote project focused on completing and documenting real-world tax workflows within UltraTax CS. You will apply hands-on tax preparation knowledge to finalize tasks and contribute high-quality data for AI development.

The role involves preparing and reviewing federal and state returns, entering and verifying taxpayer information, and clearly explaining steps used to complete workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on professional experience with UltraTax CS.
• Background in tax preparation, tax accounting, or tax compliance.
• Experience preparing or reviewing U.S. federal and state tax returns.
• Familiarity with individual and business tax returns, including corporate and partnership returns.
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax forms, terminology, and filing processes.
• Ability to independently navigate UltraTax CS and complete common workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify tax or data-entry errors.
• Ability to clearly explain tax preparation processes and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Complete realistic tax preparation and compliance workflows using UltraTax CS.
• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns based on provided scenarios.
