Job summary

Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Tuscola, IL is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform general X-ray, ultrasound, and vascular procedures in a clinic setting. This full-time role includes responsibilities from patient prep to imaging and billing documentation.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree, ARRT Radiography (R) certification within 1 year of hire, and BLS/ CPR certification within 90 days. Vascular ultrasound certification and clinic experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• ARRT Radiography(R) certification within 1 year of hire.
• BLS or CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Vascular ultrasound certification from ARDMS preferred.
• Experience in X-ray and ultrasound procedures in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplies in assigned area.
• Perform general radiology, ultrasound, and vascular exams.
• Obtain patient history to aid radiologist interpretation.
• Prepare patients and equipment for examination and send images to PACS.
• Assist with scheduling, billing, and office duties.
• Follow ALARA and safety procedures.
