Job summary

Memorial Hospital at Gulfport is seeking a qualified ultrasound technologist to obtain diagnostic-quality sonographic images in accordance with established guidelines. You will also help manage schedule and priorities to maintain department productivity while ensuring a quality patient experience.

Qualifications include graduation from a sonographer program and ARRT/ARDMS registration (or within 12 months of hire), with BLS required (or within 30 days). On-site role in Biloxi, MS.

Qualifications

• One year of clinical Sonogram Technology experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
• ARRT or ARDMS registration (or within 12 months of hire); BLS certification required (or within 30 days).

Job description

Education: Graduate of a sonographer program.

Experience: One (1) year of clinical Sonogram Technology experience in an acute care setting is preferred.

Licenses/Certificates: Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Registry Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) (or within 12 months of hire into the department). BLS Certification is required (or within 30 days of hire into the department).
