Job summary

TalentBurst is recruiting an Ultrasound Technologist for the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, VT. This 16-week assignment starts ASAP with a day shift, 8 hours, 07:00–15:30, onsite.

Requires ARDMS OB/GYN credential, 2+ years OB/GYN ultrasound experience, and EPIC EMR proficiency. Travel is required for some cases; local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• ARDMS registered with OB/GYN credential.
• Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN ultrasound experience.
• Experience in OB/GYN including fetal anatomy scans, follow-up OB, BPP, Dopplers, 1st trimester, pelvic, sonohystography, HyCoSy.
• EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform OB/GYN ultrasound exams and related procedures.
• Manage patient flow; see up to 8 patients daily as described by assignment.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR and adhere to department protocols.

Ultrasound Technologist - Ultrasound

Shift - 8H Day 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

Facility: University of Vermont Medical Center

Comments And Notes: Replacement, need ASAP start! Assignment for 16-26 weeks. Rates are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles+), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less)

Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.

Maternal Fetal Medicine Ultrasonographer: OB/GYN, midwifery and REI , MFM that could do GYN, no breast experience required. Traveler will see up to 8 patients a day: 4 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon. If they do a scan on a patient pregnant with twins, that counts as two scans so they would only see 3 in that half day. Facility is a large trauma 1 facility, (579 beds) with 2 sites on campus. Weekends on an as needed basis.

Requirements

• ARDMS registered with OB/GYN credential
• Prior travel is required
• A minimum of 2 years of experience
• Large, teaching hospital experience required
• Techs must have experience in OB/GYN to include fetal anatomy scans (routine and detailed), follow-up OB, BPP, UMB and MCA dopplers, 1st trimester, pelvic, sonohystogram, HyCoSy
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable

• IVS to OFFER
• Monday to Sunday
• No block schedules for any reason
• Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 10/19
