Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a Las Vegas, United States healthcare organization to recruit an Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) for the Radiology team. This full-time, days shift role focuses on diagnostic imaging across vascular, cardiac, abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, and small parts exams.

You will perform and assist with procedures, ensure patient comfort, maintain equipment, document studies, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered imaging service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an accredited ultrasonography program or demonstrated equivalent.
  • ARDMS or CCI certification in at least one specialty preferred or registry-eligible (must obtain within one year of hire).
  • CPR certification required (within 60 days of hire if not currently certified).
  • At least 1 year of hospital-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations across vascular, cardiac, abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, and small parts imaging.
  • Perform or assist with special procedures such as biopsies as required.
  • Produce high-quality images for diagnostic interpretation.
  • Verify patient identity and explain procedures to patients and families.

The Staff Pad has partnered with an amazinghealthcare organization in Las Vegas, NM, to find an experienced UltrasoundTechnologist (Sonographer) to join their Radiology team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilledsonographer who is passionate about patient care, diagnostic excellence, anddelivering high-quality imaging services.

Schedule: Full-Time | Days

What You'll Do

  • Performdiagnostic ultrasound examinations, including vascular, cardiac,abdominal, obstetrical, gynecological, and small parts imaging
  • Performor assist with special procedures, including biopsies, as required
  • Producehigh-quality images for diagnostic interpretation
  • Verifypatient identity and explain procedures to patients and families
  • Ensurepatient comfort, safety, and understanding throughout examinations
  • Maintaina clean and sterile examination environment
  • Operate,maintain, and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment to ensure properfunctionality
  • Transportand position patients safely using proper body mechanics
  • Completerequired documentation and ensure accurate study records
  • Assistwith training and orienting new staff members as needed

What We're Looking For

Education, Experience & Certifications

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Graduateof an accredited school of ultrasonography or demonstrated expertisemeeting department standards
  • ARDMSor CCI certification in at least one specialty preferred or registry-eligible(candidates must obtain certification within one year of hire)
