RadNet in Montclair, NJ is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality ultrasound procedures and assist radiologists with biopsies. You will monitor patients, protect PHI and safeguard medications in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Requirements include an Ultrasound Technologist diploma, SPI exam, ARDMS certifications or registry eligibility, and BLS certification. A sign-on bonus of $7,500 or student loan payment plan is offered.

Qualifications

• Completed Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma.
• SPI exam passed.
• Current ARDMS certifications or ARDMS Registry Eligible preferred.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality ultrasound procedures in accordance with department policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures as needed.
• Understand ultrasound data generation and operation of instruments.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and respond to discomfort or issues.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications per policy.
