Roshal Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for PRN Day shifts in Venice, FL. The role involves performing a broad range of ultrasound procedures in an ER environment, maintaining equipment, and communicating professionally with patients and hospital staff.

Requirements include at least 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience, ARDMS RDMS certification, a valid driver’s license, BLS/CPR, and the ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• Current ARDMS certification - RDMS (Ob/Gyn preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to meet health screening and background checks for hospital employment.
• Comfort with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures.
• Proficient with mobile devices and apps used in imaging workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of ultrasound imaging procedures.
• Lead with empathy: communicate compassionately with patients.

Ultrasound Technologist Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation
• Current ARDMS certification - RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB)
• Valid Driver’s License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
• Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures
• Ability to use mobile phone devices & applications
