Job summary

The South Bend Clinic is seeking a part-time OBGYN clinical support professional at the Eddy Street Campus in South Bend, IN. You will prep patients for visits, document histories, and assist with in-office procedures.

You will coordinate prenatal workflows, manage vitals and lab scheduling, and help coordinate referrals to specialists. Strong knowledge of reproductive health and EMR proficiency are expected; RDMS or ARRT certification is required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in an OBGYN or outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of reproductive health and gynecologic care.
• Ability to perform routine clinical tasks safely per policy.
• Open to new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for OBGYN visits, record vitals and histories.
• Assist with in-office procedures (pap smears, STI testing, IUD insertions/removals).
• Coordinate prenatal workflows, labs, ultrasounds, and referrals.
• Document all clinical interactions in the EMR accurately.
• Maintain infection control and room readiness.
