Ultrasound Technologist - PRN (Inpatient)

Position Overview

As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will provide high-quality ultrasound imaging services, ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will report to the Imaging Department leader and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound examinations according to established standards.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
  • Maintain ultrasound equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
  • Assist in training students, residents, and technologists as needed.
  • Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Diploma from a certified Radiology school.
  • Two years of experience as a Registered Sonographer preferred.
  • Current RDMS license required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
