Job summary

BayCare Imaging is seeking a PRN Ultrasound Technologist at Morton Plant in Clearwater. You will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures and support imaging operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role involves RIS data management, assisting physicians, and handling related clerical tasks. On-site shifts include day, evening, and night hours as needed, with occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in ultrasound or a technical program.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• RDMS (Sonography) within 1 year, or ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) with a relevant specialty.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and minimally invasive ultrasonographic procedures.
• Manage radiology information system (RIS) data and workflow.
• Assist physicians during imaging procedures and provide patient support.
• Handle file room and general clerical duties related to imaging services.
• Provide patient transport and help with housekeeping duties as needed.
