Job summary

MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital in Tacoma, WA, is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for per diem, part-time shifts within the Imaging/Radiology team. You will perform diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound procedures with professional judgment and teamwork.

The ideal candidate is a graduate or eligible within 6 months, with ARDMS/CCI registry eligibility and current BLS certification; prior ultrasonography experience is preferred and registration within 12 months is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate or graduation eligible within 6 months from an approved ultrasound program.
• Registered or registry eligible with ARDMS or CCI; must complete within 12 months.
• Previous Ultrasonography experience preferred; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform diagnostic ultrasound exams.
• Assist with interventional ultrasound procedures when needed.
• Collaborate with imaging team to ensure high-quality patient care.
