Qualifications

• Required Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience in related field
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree
• CRT-Sonographer (S) - ARRT Upon Hire required
• CRT-Abdomen (AB) - ARDMS Upon Hire required
• CRT-Ob/Gyn (OB) - ARDMS Upon Hire required
• CRT-Vascular Technologist (VT) - ARDMS One Year of Experience required
• CRT-Vascular Sonographer (VS) - ARRT One Year of Experience required
• CRT-Breast Sonographer (BS) - ARRT Within 1 Year Grand Rapids Breast Imaging; Within 2 Years all regionals performing breast ultrasound
• CRT-Breast (BR) - ARDMS Within 1 Year Grand Rapids Breast Imaging; Within 2 Years all regionals performing breast ultrasound
• AHA OR ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Performs basic diagnostic ultrasound examinations as prescribed by the physician and documents findings.
• Assists physicians with invasive procedures as needed.
• Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.

Education

Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience in related field
