Job summary

Providence Facey Medical Foundation is seeking an ultrasound technologist under the direction of a Radiologist. This role performs ultrasound procedures at a level requiring independent judgment, with responsibility for designated areas as required.

The ideal candidate will have ARDMS certification, BLS, and at least 1 year of clinical experience. This per-diem, on-site position offers comprehensive benefits with a focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year experience in a clinical or hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs ultrasound procedures at a technical level requiring no constant supervision of technical detail.
• Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required, including specialized radiographic areas.
