Job summary

Roshal Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist in Ocala, FL, to perform ultrasound imaging procedures and communicate effectively with patients and staff. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of post-graduation ultrasound experience, along with current ARDMS certification and BLS/CPR certification.

Ultrasound Technologist - Ocala FL

Since our beginnings we have focused on transforming the way ultrasound, echocardiogram, and other diagnostic imaging services are sourced and delivered. Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of ultrasound imaging procedures
• Lead with empathy: Communicate compassionately and professionally with patients
• Contribute to our collective success: Communicate professionally and effectively with hospital staff and colleagues
• Proficiency with necessary technical equipment in diagnostic modality
• Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation
• Current ARDMS certification - RDMS (ideally in Abdominal or OB)
• Valid Driver’s License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
• Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures
• Ability to use mobile phone devices and applications
