Summit Health Management's ultrasound team is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our physician-led network. You will perform ultrasound exams, document findings, and support direct patient care across assigned sites.

The role requires RDMS certification, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and flexibility to rotate locations. You will contribute to high-quality, connected care for patients served through our VillageMD and affiliated networks.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program.
• Active RDMS registration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Obtains essential information from patients and records for clinical correlation.
• Performs ultrasound scans and provides direct patient care after confirmation of study and patient identification.
• Generates accurate computerized reports for physicians’ review.
• Verifies documentation in ultrasound reporting system after exam.
• Maintains proper equipment and room readiness for smooth patient flow.
• Assists with sterile ultrasound guided procedures as directed by the MD.
