Qualifications

• Ultrasound/Sonography certification required or eligible.
• Experience performing ultrasound exams is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, pathology and imaging protocols.
• Ability to think critically and communicate findings.
• Excellent patient and team communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound exams using proper imaging protocols and techniques.
• Explain procedures, position patients, and ensure comfort during exams.
• Capture and optimize high-quality images of abdomen, vessels, fetus, heart, etc.
• Review images for quality and identify findings.
• Summarize findings and communicate to physicians and staff.
• Maintain equipment, documentation, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and imaging team.
