Overview:

Provide diagnostic sonograms for interpretation by radiologists. Assist radiologists in performing procedures and provide patient care essential to ultrasound-guided interventional procedures. Perform duties consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of a school of sonography or registered technologist
• Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience with three applicable registries OR five (5) years of relevant experience with two applicable registries
• Certifications/Registrations: Two applicable registries with ARDMS or ARRT within the work area (with five years' experience), or three applicable registries within the work area (with one year's experience). Must achieve OB/GYN registry within 6 months of hire if applicable. In Arkansas, ARDMS RVT, CCI RVS, or ARRT VS certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer, if applicable.
