Job summary

ProHealth Physicians Imaging in Meriden, CT is seeking a friendly Ultrasound Technologist for a full-time, 40-hour week. You will perform diagnostic sonography exams and work closely with Radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and patient care.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional program for sonography and certification in abdominal/renal/vascular exams.
• Current ARDMS/ARRT/CCI certification with ongoing CME requirements.
• Willingness to obtain vascular certification within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and collect necessary demographics and history for the ultrasound exam.
• Perform diagnostic sonography exams following approved protocols and document findings.
• Review imaging and coordinate with Radiologists for addendums or additional views.
