Job summary

Roshal Health is seeking a PRN Ultrasound Technologist in Port Charlotte. You will perform abdominal, OB, and vascular scans in an ER setting, maintaining patient care standards and equipment. This role emphasizes empathy, independence, and accurate imaging documentation.

This position is on-site, with benefits and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. Certification in ARDMS RDMS is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• Current ARDMS RDMS (Abd or OB preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal communication and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
• Pass health requirements including drug screen and background check.
• Comfort with abdominal, OB, and vascular scans.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of ultrasound imaging procedures.
• Lead with empathy: communicate compassionately with patients.
• Maintain equipment and area cleanliness.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and colleagues to ensure quality care.
• Proficiency with diagnostic ultrasound instruments and software.
• Additional duties as needed.
