Job summary

Roshal Health in Wharton, TX is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound studies in ER settings and other hospital environments. This full-time role includes PRN shifts and offers a balance between patient care and professional growth.

You will maintain high safety and quality standards, operate ultrasound equipment, document findings, and collaborate with the care team. ARDMS RDMS certification, BLS/CPR, and at least one year of post-graduation experience are

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
Current ARDMS certification – RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB).
Valid Driver’s License.
BLS/CPR Certification.
Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies in accordance with accepted protocols.
Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly and professionally to all work-related calls.
Contact the assigned facility with estimated arrival time and arrive at the facility within prescribed timeframe.
Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
Maintain work areas in compliance with client’s standards.
Maintain accurate records, reports and files, as directed.
Document work processes, as required.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
