Job summary

Providence Swedish OBGYN-Olympia WA is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound exams under supervision. You will assist physicians and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Professional presentation and strong communication are essential. Qualified candidates have completed an accredited ultrasound program, are ARDMS registry eligible or certified, and maintain BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited ultrasound training program.
• Eligibility to take ARDMS registry examination.
• National Certification from ARDMS or National Registry Technologist - Sonography upon hire.
• National Provider BLS from American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams under supervision.
• Assist physician as required during procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to Providence policies and care standards.
