Job summary

Emory Healthcare in Atlanta is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to provide quality care during imaging procedures, communicate patient needs, and ensure accurate documentation. You will operate imaging equipment, prep patients for procedures, and support research activities.

The role requires graduation from an accredited ultrasound program, RDMS or ARRT certification, BLS, and at least two years of experience (one year US).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.
• Minimum of two years experience with at least one year in US.
• RDMS or ARRT certification.
• BLS certification required by AHA.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound imaging equipment and ensure quality patient care.
• Prepare patients for procedures and provide patient/family education.
• Assist with research activities and support cross-sectional anatomy knowledge.
• Serve as a resource for students and junior technologists.
