Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for a 12-week assignment in Maine, with days or nights shifts available. Work locations include Lewiston or Bridgton, with imaging department duties across ultrasound exams and PACS image handling.

The role requires ARDMS/ARRT certification, graduation from an approved program, and current BCLS; prior acute-care ultrasound experience is expected. Attractive compensation nearby market standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience as a Ultrasound Technologist in an acute care hospital, Radiology/Imaging required.
• Graduate an accredited ultrasound program or current certification and graduation within 90 days of hire.
• RDMS/ARDMS or ARRT certification in at least one body or region required within 90 days of hire.
• 1 year of previous experience required.
• Current BCLS certificate required upon hire and maintain current.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform ultrasound exams with technical and diagnostic quality for interpretation.
• Position patient and equipment to produce appropriate recordings.
• Process and transmit images to PACS.
