Job summary

West River Health Services in southwestern North Dakota is seeking a diagnostic ultrasound technologist to perform dedicated ultrasound exams in a patient-centered environment. You will position patients, acquire images with precision, and communicate findings to radiologists and physicians to support accurate diagnoses.

Requirements include ARDMS registration and graduation from an approved ultrasound or radiologic technology program, with at least two years of ultrasound experience;

Qualifications

• ARDMS registration; graduate of an approved ultrasound/radiologic technology program.
• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience.
• Echocardiography experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams with correct positioning and technique.
• Analyze findings and communicate with the appropriate physician.
• Assist radiologists with procedures such as biopsies.
• Administer contrast per policy and maintain patient safety throughout.
