Job summary

Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to operate ultrasound equipment and produce diagnostic images for physician review in a clinical setting.

Required: accredited ultrasound program, RDMS/ARDMS, AHA BLS, and at least 1 year of ultrasound experience including OB, breast imaging, and DVT exams; CR/PACS knowledge preferred; GE Logiq 10, Fuji PACS, and Meditech experience preferred; reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved/accredited Ultrasound program – REQUIRED.
• Current RDMS/ARDMS certification – REQUIRED.
• Active AHA BLS certification – REQUIRED.
• Minimum of 1 year of ultrasound experience – REQUIRED.
• At least 1 year of OB imaging experience – REQUIRED.
• Must be able to perform breast imaging and DVT exams – REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of CR and PACS preferred.
• Experience with GE Logiq 10, Fuji PACS, and Meditech preferred.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
• Perform breast imaging and Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) exams.
• Apply appropriate imaging techniques and exercise independent judgment.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and quality imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures.
