Job summary

Roshal Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist in Bowling Green, KY to perform abdominal, OB, and vascular scans in an ER setting across hospital and freestanding sites. The role requires ARDMS RDMS certification and a minimum of 1 year post-graduation ultrasound experience.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, BLS/CPR, and strong communication skills. You will work independently, maintain QC standards, and utilize mobile devices to access and document patient data while ensuring

Ultrasound Technologist Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation

• Current ARDMS certification – RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB)

• Valid Driver’s License

• BLS/CPR Certification

• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check

• Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures.

• Ability to use mobile phone devices & applications

Other Requirements:

• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and physiology to sufficiently pinpoint area of imaging.

• Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.

• Must be able to act calmly and effectively in busy, stressful or emergency situations.

• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language in person, by phone and in writing.

• Requires adherence to all policies and procedures, including standards for safety, attendance, punctuality and personal appearance.

• Demonstrate the physical capability to safely lift and move 30 pounds independently and to assist with patient positioning, transfer, and mobility activities as required to perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations safely and effectively. (see physical requirements)
