Under minimal supervision, you will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging for all age groups. ARDMS/ARRT registration and BLS are required; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Sonography.
• Must be registered with ARDMS or ARRT within 24 months of graduation (12 months of hire).
• BLS certification required.
• Associate degree preferred; 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produces high quality diagnostic sonographs as prescribed by a licensed practitioner.
• Assists with amnio procedures and processes films as needed.
• Performs basic diagnostic ultrasound procedures under supervision.
• Maintains professional judgment in patient care for all ages.
• Completes competencies within the introductory period.
