MultiCare is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join our Imaging/Radiology team in Tacoma. You will perform diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound exams and contribute to compassionate imaging care for our patients in a high‑quality hospital setting.

The role requires graduation from an ultrasound program or eligibility within 6 months, ARDMS/CCI eligibility, and current BLS. Sign‑on bonus of $20,000 is available for eligible candidates.

• Previous experience as an Ultrasonographer preferred.
• Current BLS required.

Position Summary

The Ultrasound Technologist is an excellent opportunity to join our skilled Imaging/Radiology team. In this role, you will perform diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. You will work together with your team to ensure the most comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for MultiCare patients.

Requirements

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $48.33 - $79.86 USD.

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
