Job summary

HCA Florida Westside Hospital in Florida is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, adjust equipment, and ensure high-quality images are uploaded to PACS. You will support daily operations of the Ultrasound Department to maintain efficient workflow and top-notch patient care.

The ideal candidate holds RDMS certification and BLS certification (within 30 days of start) and a certificate as described.

Qualifications

• Performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures and obtains high-quality images.
• Operates and adjusts ultrasound equipment and uploads studies to PACS.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic procedures using ultrasound imaging to detect and evaluate pathology. You will operate and adjust ultrasound equipment, ensure high-quality images are captured, and upload studies to PACS. In addition, you will support the daily operations of the Ultrasound Department, contributing to efficient workflow and high standards of patient care.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
• Certificate
