Job summary

Charlotte Radiology is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for Friday–Sunday night shifts in Huntersville, NC. The role requires RDMS Abdomen and OB/GYN certifications, an associate degree in Radiologic Technology or Sonography, and ultrasound experience.

You will perform scans, ensure patient safety, and complete accompanying paperwork. Compensation includes a base salary with a sign-on bonus and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiologic technology or sonography.
• RDMS Abdomen and RDMS OB/GYN certifications required.
• Ultrasound experience necessary.
• Must stand/walk for extended periods and lift 50–75 lbs.
• Positive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound scans to produce high-quality examinations.
• Provide excellent patient care and accurate documentation.
• Complete orders, lab work and authorization confirmations.
• Monitor and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.

Sign on bonus and shift differential offered:

• $18.00 shift differential for all hours worked Saturday and Sunday
• $3.50 shift differential Friday 11:00 pm to 11:59 pm

Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:30 pm - 7:00 am

POSITION SUMMARY:Performs ultrasound scans to produce consistently high-quality examinations in accordance with all applicable standards, regulations and licensing requirements. Provides excellent patient care. Quickly and accurately completes all paperwork to include orders, lab work and authorization confirmation. Consistently monitors and ensures the safety of patients.

Qualifications:

• Certifications: RDMS Abdomen AND OB/GYN
• Education - Associate Degree/ Junior College in Radiologic Technology/Sonography
• Ultrasound experience
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs.
• Must have positive communication skills
