Job summary

You will maintain continued medical education hours, follow department procedures, and contribute to high-quality patient care. ARDMS certification or eligibility is required, with a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Registered ARDMS or eligible to sit for ARDMS examinations.
• If eligible, complete SPI, Abdomen, and OB/GYN ARDMS exams within 12 months of hire.
• Preferred: prior diagnostic medical sonography experience.
• Familiarity with Henry Ford Health imaging protocols and systems.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or eligible to sit for ARDMS examinations.
• If eligible, successful completion of SPI, Abdomen, and OB/GYN ARDMS examinations within 12 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in diagnostic medical sonography.
• Familiarity with Henry Ford Health’s imaging protocols and systems.
