Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for assignments in Lewiston, ME or Bridgton, ME. You will perform ultrasound exams, position patients and machinery, and ensure images are processed and transmitted to PACS.

The role requires an accredited ultrasound program completion or current certification, RDMS/ARRT credentials within 90 days, and a minimum of one year of acute care experience. This is a 12-week assignment with days or nights shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience as a Ultrasound Technologist in an acute care hospital, Radiology/Imaging required.
• Graduate an accredited ultrasound program or current certification as identified in #1 and graduation within 90 days of hire.
• RDMS (ARDMS) or S (ARRT) certification in at least one body or region required within 90 days of hire and maintain
• 1 year of previous experience required.
• Current BCLS certificate required upon hire and maintain current.
• Proficient computer skills

• Positions patient and equipment and produce an appropriate recording.
• The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for processing and transmission of Images to PACS.

Pay Transparency

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $56.00 to $64.00. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
