Job summary

Pulse Vascular is seeking a Ultrasound Technologist to join its mobile vascular team. This 100% mobile role travels to patients' homes and other clinical sites to perform vascular ultrasound exams alongside a Nurse Practitioner.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound/Sonography program.
• RDMS certification required.
• RVT certification required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Vascular ultrasound experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Someone who is dependable, comfortable traveling and enjoys working as part of a team.
• A patient-focused professional who can adapt to different environments and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic vascular ultrasound examinations in patients' homes and at other mobile/satellite locations.
• Perform arterial and venous studies, including venous reflux examinations.
• Prepare, position and educate patients throughout their examination.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Document findings and prepare preliminary reports for provider review.
• Work directly with a Nurse Practitioner as part of a two-person clinical team.
• Travel throughout our service area as part of your normal workday.
• Provide compassionate, professional care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Looking for something different from the traditional hospital ultrasound job?

Pulse Vascular is growing, and we're looking for an Ultrasound Technologist to join our mobile vascular team!

This is a 100% mobile position, where you'll travel throughout our service area performing vascular ultrasound examinations at patient homes and other clinical locations.

The difference? You are NEVER alone.

Our mobile ultrasound team is two-person, team-based care. You will travel and see patients alongside a Nurse Practitioner. You will not be sent into patient homes by yourself.
