Job description

Seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist with a minimum of five years of experience and ARDMS certification. This role involves independently performing ultrasound procedures to assist in diagnoses, ensuring adherence to radiological standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities include verifying patient information, providing patient instructions, coordinating with departments, and maintaining quality control of equipment. The position requires strong leadership and teaching skills to support and train students or technologists, as well as managing daily operations and ensuring all areas are properly staffed and supplied. Essential skills include knowledge of radiologic procedures, radiation safety, excellent communication, organization, and the ability to work independently. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and manual dexterity. The role offers a competitive pay range of $53.45 to $68.16, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications include an associate degree in Radiology or related field, BLS certification, and relevant experience. Preferred experience as a lead technologist is a plus.
