Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Albuquerque, NM seeks a rotating-shift PRN Ultrasound Technician to perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging and support patient care with accuracy and compassion.

Must complete an Accredited Ultrasound Program and be ARDMS eligible; NM licensure within one year; maintain licensure and national certification; BLS within 14 days of hire; preferred an associate or bachelor’s degree and hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Accredited Ultrasound Program and ARDMS Eligible.
• ARRT, ARDMS, or equivalent registered or eligible.
• Full State of New Mexico licensure required within one year of hire.
• Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of diagnostic ultrasound imaging procedures. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
