Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking an Ultrasound Technician (PRN) to perform ultrasound exams with accuracy and efficiency in a busy tertiary care setting. The role supports the imaging department by receiving orders, preparing patients, and delivering high-quality imaging results.

Applicants must graduate from an AMA-approved ultrasound program and hold RDMS licensure with current BLS certification. This PRN position offers exposure to a wide range of clinical cases within a state-of-the-art

Qualifications

• Graduation from an American Medical Association approved school of ultrasound or equivalent internship.
• Current licensure with the RDMS.
• Current AHA or ARC BLS provider

Responsibilities

• Receives, initiates and implements orders for ultrasound sonography exams/procedures with a high degree of quality and timeliness.
• Performs ultrasound procedures in accordance with department policies and patient care standards.
